7. Rowan University STEAM Academy

Rowan University’s STEAM Academy is a two-week summer program designed to introduce students to science, technology, engineering, arts, and math through hands-on learning and college-level instruction. You can choose from three tracks based on grade and ability: Voyagers (grades 7–9) explore STEAM subjects with interactive, daily lessons; Navigators (grades 10–12) engage in accredited college courses, workshops, and optional weekend field trips; and Pathfinders (grades 10–12) pursue intensive research projects with individualized mentorship from Rowan faculty. Navigators and Pathfinders also have the opportunity to earn college credit in courses such as Java Development, Engineers of the Future, and Leading Among Diverse Perspectives. 8. NJIT STEMx High School Program
