Ladder Internships provide high school students, undergraduates, and gap year students with an opportunity to gain practical experience in the event planning industry by working with high-growth companies. Interns will engage in real-world projects, such as event logistics, scheduling, marketing, and outreach strategies. The program partners with start-ups that have raised over a million dollars, led by entrepreneurs from top companies like Microsoft, Google, and Facebook, as well as YCombinator alumni. During the internship, you will work closely with a manager and a Ladder Coach, gaining valuable mentorship and guidance.
In addition to hands-on experience, Ladder Internships offer specialized one-on-one training in communication, time management, and project coordination, along with group training sessions where you can connect with fellow interns.
